As a Warrants Administrator, you will be responsible on a daily basis for the booking, organisation
and monitoring of Rights of Entry Warrant applications and executions. The warrants are completed on behalf of Electricity, Gas and Water suppliers for the purpose of collecting any outstanding balance owed, disconnection of supplies, removal of meters, exchanging meters, the reading and inspecting of meters or data cleansing requirements.

This role will involve liaising, both electronically and verbally, with Magistrates’ Courts, Engineering
companies, Locksmith companies and various third party suppliers such as Dog Handlers and Joiners. In order to ensure all warrants are completed in line with business and client requirements, along with all legislative responsibilities, it is imperative that all tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

Conducting Magistrates’ Courts application hearings via phone to arrange for warrant applications
to be made. Placing Engineer and Locksmith bookings in line with the relevant process and requirements. Dealing with and responding to any query in relation to any bookings made including Courts, Engineers and Locksmiths. Arranging for quotations to be received and authorised in relation to any work involved in a warrant.

This role will need for you to be organised, confident on the phone with good admin skills. This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday only!
