MADE Employment Ltd (M|E) is a forward-thinking Employment Agency with 30 Years combined industry experience and more specifically 15 years of remote management experience, which we believe is key to how businesses will need to operate going forward.   

In today’s modern world and after the recent economic changes, a work-life balance has been elevated to the forefront of all our minds. Employers have had to change how they operate overnight and develop how to remotely manage workers and offer flexibility in their approach to keeping their workforce engaged, motivated and productive, whilst operating away from the typical work environments.

We need to re-think, re-define and re-design how we work.  We have all had to quickly adapt, managing home life with work life and embrace how both can be achieved whilst improving productivity.

Our aim is to help employers and job seekers see that there are no barriers to finding the perfect work-life balance, the typical work restrictions such as commutes, caring for family members and life style changes can now all be managed, with flexibility and to mutual benefit, creating a happy and productive workforce.
