Our client are one of the UK's leading debt recovery companies.  This role will change and develop you within the debt recovery industry alongside leading a team of field agents who are out in the field with customers trying to settle outstanding debt.  

DUTIES

To direct, manage and motivate a team of field-based staff.  Contribute to the recruitment, selection and interviewing of any field based staff.  Maintains staff by promoting an engaging culture through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and
training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment.  To provide support, training and guidance to the field team to allow targets/objectives to be achieved.  Review and complete necessary action on any performance related matter.  Manage field staff and overall regional performance to ensure the minimum agreed standards and targets are achieved.
