User research is a crucial, growing component and essential role that will help people in their everyday lives. You will use your expertise in planning, prioritising, conducting, analysing, and communicating research in a variety of contexts across a diverse range of public sector projects.  Recent times have taught us that working remotely is a successful way of collaborating, but on occasion you will be asked to attend other locations in the UK for short periods.

  • You will work in collaboration with UX designers, content designers, service designers and
  • performance analysts who form the core elements of our UX design teams?
  • Build a detailed understanding of users' needs, goals, and workflows, turning qualitative and quantitative user research into insights and deliverables which will continue to shape the future of crucial government digital services?
