Job Description

Our client has been established for over 80 years and specialises in the design, manufacturing and supply of Workshop and In-Vehicle Equipment, with production facilities here in the UK, Germany and Hungary, and partner companies throughout the world.

They are looking for an Administrator to work within their busy project team. The candidate will be responsible for completing administrative tasks to support the SAP & Project teams. This position would suit someone who is looking to kick start their career and gain valuable office experience, with the potential for progression within the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of master data and providing training to prevent further occurrences
  • Review and update training material to ensure it is current
  • Input data into spreadsheets, databases and other business systems
  • Support the project team with project tracking and reporting keeping information up to date

You should be flexible in your approach. Common practice is you may be expected to undertake work within other departments to assist with workloads or to provide holiday / shutdown cover, as and when required

Skills & Attributes

· 1-2 years work experience in a data input / management environment

· Some ERP / Business system(s) experience, ideally SAP

· Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel/spreadsheets)

· Confident and be able to plan your time effectively when working on your own or in a team situation

 

Working Week 

37 Hour Week

09:00 - 17:00 Mon-Thu, 09:00 - 16:30 Fri

30-minute lunch break
