Job Description

Do you have experience delivering world class customer service for a product based company?  Do you enjoy giving customers an excellent customer journey?  Do you have experience with all types of customer services; Web Chat, Telephone and Email?

Our client are a luxury retailer with a head office in Northolt, Middlesex.  They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join their online customer service team.

You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls. providing expert advise on products, up-selling and cross selling. You'll be responsible for processing orders over the phone and orders via the website, following up with enquiries and online orders.  

Ideally you'll have some call centre/customer service experience where you've spoken with customers about company products and supported them over the phone and digitally via a web chat.

The hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am-4pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (if you work a Saturday you'll get a day off during the week).
