As part of their ongoing growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Junior Sales Negotiator with at least 1 years' Sales Negotiation experience, with a desire to succeed and help build the property portfolio whilst providing an excellent customer experience. Their offices are extremely busy and so the demands on personal time management and being able to prioritise your workload every day are essential. You will be expected to deliver your own results, but also show support of your colleagues to get Sales completed inline with Monthly Company targets and to ensure personal results are achieved.
You are required to be a Car Driver, with your own Car and from time to time their is access to a Company Car. A car mileage allowance is available as part of their renumeration package. Commission structure is also part of the renumeration package.
Hours of work are 9am to 6pm, 5 days a week, including Saturdays (one day off in the week which is agreed in advance). You will be required to work 1 Sunday in 6.
The office works off an ALTO system, so prior working knowledge of this a real advantage, however you will be required to have a good understanding of using Microsoft systems and be keyboard literate.
This is a 1/2 stage interview process. First stage with Branch Manager and Owner/Director. 2nd stage will be confirmed if required
