Our client is a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with offices covering North London area. Following their success they are continuing to recruit and are looking for an ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager.

The ability to lead by example and support the Manager in motivating the team and delivering an outstanding service is essential. The right candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can embrace change and motivate others to do so. They will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers and obtaining new business opportunities.

  • Evidence local market knowledge and understanding of local property market

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example to generate leads and close deals
  • Prospecting to generate valuations and building landlord database
  • Perform market appraisals and take on instructions in absence of Manager
  • Landlord care and reductions
  • Support team briefings and hold morning meetings in Manager's absence
  • Oversee deal progression
  • Qualifty offers and negotiate deals on behalf of yourself and others when necessary
  • Maintain industry compliance
